Do I need an account to place an order?
No, but having an account helps track orders, save addresses, and makes future checkouts faster and easier.
Can I modify my order after placing it?
You can request changes within 1 hour of placing the order by contacting our support team for quick updates.
How do I know if a product is in stock?
The product page displays real-time stock status. If it says "In Stock", you can safely proceed to order.
What if a product is out of stock?
You can click “Notify Me” to get an email or SMS alert once the product is back in stock and available.
Do you provide product installation help?
Most accessories are easy to use. For specific help, we provide user guides or video instructions.
Can I place a bulk order?
Yes, we accept bulk orders and offer special pricing. Contact our sales team for assistance.
Payment Information
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, cards, wallets, net banking, and cash on delivery in selected serviceable areas.
Is there any extra charge for COD?
A small COD fee may apply and will be shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes, all transactions are encrypted and processed through verified, secure payment gateways.
Can I use multiple payment methods in one order?
Currently, only one payment method can be used per order. Split payment is not supported yet.
Why was my payment declined?
Payments can fail due to network issues, card errors, or bank declines. Try again or use a different method.
Do you offer EMI options?
EMI is not available at the moment, but we’re working on providing it in the future.
Orders and Returns
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, a tracking link will be sent via SMS and email. You can use it to check delivery status.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are delivered within 2 to 7 business days depending on your location and courier availability.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing. After that, it may already be processed for shipping.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days for unused items in original condition and packaging.
How do I return a product?
Go to "My Orders", click on "Return", choose a reason, and follow the return instructions shown.
Do I need to pay for return shipping?
Return shipping is free if the item is defective or wrong. Otherwise, return charges may apply.
