We have a 7-day return policy, which means within 7 days after receiving your product need to raise a return request.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return product is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well an instruction on how and where to send your package. If any return product dispatch from client end without prior approval that product is not acceptable. Please note that if your country of residence is not in India, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

*Breakage & Damages

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and do take corrective steps.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Window: Typically, returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase

Eligibility: Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

Return Process:

  1. Contact customer service to initiate a return and obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
  2. Securely pack the product with all original items and clearly mark the RAN on the package. Ship the product to the provided address. 
  3. Upon receipt, the product will be inspected, and if it meets the return criteria, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  4. Shipping Costs: Return shipping is typically covered for defective products or errors on the retailer’s part. For other returns, customers are usually responsible for return shipping costs.
